Who is the Lord of the Earth according to Bible?

His verily is all creation and commandment; Blessed be Allah, the Lord of the Worlds!” (Surah al-A’raaf 7:54)

What I am getting at is’ Islam calls their Allah “Lord of the World”. The Holy Christian Bible calls Satan “The Lord of this world”.
